As a designer I believe in solving problems with intuitive, purposeful design. I’m driven when creating products and experiences that elevate our lives and communities.

I found a love for design while pursuing journalism and communications in college. This may seem like a drastic change but in some ways, they're kind of connected. For example, I learned to define the problem, investigate, think deeply about my approach, and realize there are multiple ways to reach an audience/ user. All of these apply to design so I'm grateful I had a little detour. Because of it, I have a unique perspective when tackling design problems and even life.

I'm currently mainly working remote in Antwerp as a UX/UI designer at the Agency for Nature and Forests of the Flemish Government amongst other clients, where I help design software, mobile apps and web applications. At Cegeka I use my eye for simplicity, keen observational skills, and obsession with organization to create user-focused design improvements, modernizing outdated tools, and building design systems for products we own.

Outside of design, you can find me getting a breathe of fresh air while taking a stroll with my toddler twins, cozying up indoors watching Netflix, or letting my creative juices flow through graphic designs.
